Financial Information
Community Baptist Christian Schools are financed by the Community Baptist Church and the tuition/fees collected from parents. Due to government controls that are normally connected to government funding, Community declines any state subsidies.
Basic Financial Policies
- Starting with June 5 or August 5, payments are due on the fifth day of the month through May. We do not send out monthly statements; therefore, it is the responsibility of the parents to pay their child's tuition each month. Any account not paid by the fifth of each month will be assessed a $10.00 late fee (per month).
- Any child whose account is sixty days overdue could be subject to dismissal from school. Please contact the business office if emergencies arise that will hinder your ability to make payments on time.
- Tuition for one year must be paid before the pupil may continue the next school year.
- Report cards and permanent records will be withheld if the required payments have not been made in full.
- If a student is withdrawn for any reason, it is understood that tuition is owed for the entire month in which the student is formally withdrawn.
- Pro-rated Pre-kindergarten and Afternoon Kindergarten rates are available for students staying less than five days per week. Please contact the school office.
