Faculty
Before we hire a teacher, we look at two areas. First and foremost, we look for someone who is spiritually qualified, someone who has a sincere desire to love and serve his Lord. Secondly, he is to be academically qualified. Each elementary and secondary teacher holds at least a bachelor's degree and receives ongoing education at required teachers' conventions/seminars. While Community hires new teachers from time to time, the school is blessed with a largely veteran staff, with an average teaching experience of fifteen years.
Feel free to contact any teacher via email links listed below.

Staff
The administration and office staff are always willing to answer any questions you may have, questions related to enrollment if you are a prospective family, or questions related to the day to day details of the school if you have children here at CBCS.
Our principal, beginning in the summer of 2008, is Mr. Jay Bradford (). Upon graduating from Bob Jones University in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in Math Education, Mr. Bradford joined the staff here at Community as a math teacher and varsity soccer coach. He later received a Master's Degree in Education from Indiana University.
Three secretaries make up the school office staff:
- Mrs. Gwen Hocker (), our school receptionist and main secretary
- Mrs. Susie French (), who oversees textbooks, student records and standardized testing
- Mrs. Leanna Wright (), who is our athletic secretary.
